Job summary

MARS Energy Solutions is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator I to support project execution from planning through closeout. The role collaborates with Project Managers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and well-documented.

Ideal candidates will have experience coordinating construction, engineering, renewable energy, or similar projects, strong Microsoft Office skills, and a proactive approach to risk and schedule management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience supporting construction, engineering, renewable energy, or similar projects preferred.
• Experience managing project documentation, schedules, permits, purchase orders, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with daily project coordination and administrative activities.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, work orders, change orders, meeting minutes, permits, and project records.
• Coordinate project meetings, distribute agendas, and track action items.
• Assist with maintaining project schedules and monitoring key project milestones.
• Track inspections, permits, equipment deliveries, contractual deadlines, and closeout documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to support project execution.
• Identify schedule risks, potential delays, and communicate concerns to Project Managers.
• Submit permits and revisions to local authorities and monitor approvals through project completion.
• Support procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders, and related documentation
