Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Junior Reliability Engineer to support the Work Dynamics team in Malvern, PA. You will help develop reliability analyses, RCFA investigations, and maintenance strategies aligned with RAM initiatives across client assets.

The role emphasizes CMMS data management, predictive maintenance methods, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve asset reliability and efficiency. Training toward RAM certifications is available as you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline (mechanical/electrical preferred)
• Formal maintenance planning and scheduling training
• 1-2 years of experience with RCM, CbM/PdM methods
• Strong computer skills including Advanced Excel
• Familiarity with building automation and energy management systems
• Proficiency with CMMS software and ability to manage asset data

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed work packages for planned maintenance with safety, permits, sequencing, labor estimates and costs
• Develop and maintain CMMS routines, task lists, and job plans with parts, labor, vendor and safety details
• Update asset records in CMMS including new entries and retirements
• Support reliability activities like RCFA, FMEA, and PMO implementations
• Rank asset criticality and help define cost-effective maintenance strategies
• Investigate operational events and ensure corrective actions are prescribed
• Apply predictive maintenance techs such as vibration, oil, infrared, ultrasound, and motor current analysis
• Maintain accurate CMMS records and KPIs for reliability metrics
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Planning teams across locations
