Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
3–5 years in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and condition-based/predictive maintenance methods in facilities.
Proficiency with CMMS software and building automation systems.
Ability to read technical manuals, prepare detailed reports and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

Manage work orders, assets, and CMMS documentation; prioritize and plan maintenance activities.
Develop and optimize preventive maintenance tasks using RCM approaches.
Conduct root cause failure analysis and implement corrective actions with follow-up monitoring.
Plan condition-based maintenance using vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and motor current analysis.
