Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in reliability, maintenance, or mechanical engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance technologies and reliability methodologies.
• Experience with RCFA and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment reliability improvements through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues.
• Support maintenance outages, capital projects, and equipment improvement initiatives.
• Manage and optimize PM programs, equipment strategies, and asset documentation.
• Utilize predictive technologies including vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound, and lubrication analysis.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve asset performance, reduce costs, and increase uptime.
• Manage contractor performance and support reliability best practices across the site.
