Job summary

CEI is seeking a Back Business Analyst I in Philadelphia, PA for a long-term contract with hybrid onsite work. The role supports a Syndication organization, coordinating trials and engineering processes.

Expected to manage tickets, update stakeholders, and contribute to planning and documentation. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Intake and manage new tickets through Jira, ensuring follow-up and updates.
• Attend Scribe engineering and office hours calls, updating tickets as issues are discussed.
• Assist in managing the team plan of record within Smartsheets, coordinating progress and standups.
• Support creation and documentation of processes, tickets, and project plans to enable smooth operations.
