Job summary

Freedom24, the European division of Freedom Holding Corp., is expanding and seeking a Junior Relationship Manager to work with European markets. You will engage with clients, reactivate dormant accounts, and build long-term relationships via phone and messaging platforms.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus. Experience in sales or call centers is helpful, and you will join an international team with training, onboarding

Qualifications

• Recent university graduates or final-year students in Economics, Finance, Philology or related field, or currently in final stage of diploma.
• Fluent English and Greek; additional European languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, call centers, banking, insurance, or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle many clients.
• Results-driven mindset and willingness to grow within an international company.

As part of our team expansion, we are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager to work with European markets.

• Work with the existing client base;
• Reactivate and engage clients while developing long-term client relationships;
• Communicate with clients via phone calls and messaging platforms;
• Handle a high volume of outbound calls;

• Recent university graduates or final-year students (Degree in Economics, Finance, Philology, or a related field, or currently in the final stage of obtaining a diploma);
• Fluent English and Greek language skills (Additional European languages will be considered an advantage, including: French, German, Spanish, Polish, and others);
• Previous experience in sales, call centers, banking, insurance, financial services, or other client-facing roles will be considered a plus;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively communicate with a large number of clients;
• Results-driven mindset and willingness to grow within an international company.
