The candidate will navigate regulatory requirements (BSA/AML/OFAC) and work to expand the deposit portfolio while supporting profitability and client retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus 3 years’ branch banking experience or 4+ years in direct sales.
• MS Office proficiency required.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
• Bilingualism is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for potential new clients and convert to increased business.
• Cold call within market to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Identify target clients and decision makers; build relationships.
• Develop proposals addressing client needs and objectives; participate in pricing.
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
• Contribute to deposit growth, loans, and selling banking products.
• Work with internal teams to meet client needs and present to management on trends.
