• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Screen candidates and present qualified profiles.
• Negotiate terms of service and placement fees.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and track metrics.
• Build and sustain a strong candidate and client pipeline.
