Moss & Associates in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support a proactive Talent Acquisition team. You will help source, screen, and coordinate candidates across field operations and corporate functions, reporting to a Senior Recruiter.

• Confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Review resumes to identify candidates meeting technical and cultural requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Articulate Moss’s value proposition, culture, and benefits to candidates.
• Coordinate heavy interview scheduling across multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS with real-time updates.
• Assist candidates with application and onboarding paperwork as needed.
• Support diverse talent pipelines through university outreach and industry networking.
• Represent Moss at career fairs and internal hiring initiatives.
• Ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
