Moss in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Campus Recruiter to own the full lifecycle of campus recruiting for internships and early career programs across regions. You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and help converts interns to full-time hires.
You will partner with university relations, manage relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations, and coordinate high-volume processes with Workday. Travel is expected during peak seasons.

POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
The Campus Recruiter is Moss's primary boots-on-the-ground presence at universities across the country, responsible for building and sustaining the talent pipeline that fuels the company's internship and early career programs. This role owns full-cycle campus recruiting enterprise-wide - from first career fair interaction through offer acceptance - and serves as a key connector between university relationships, candidate experience, and intern conversion outcomes.
This is a high-volume, high-mobility role that operates with significant autonomy during two peak recruiting seasons. The Campus Recruiter reports directly to the Senior Manager, Talent Development and works in close partnership with the Early Career team to ensure a seamless experience from campus to cohort.
