Job summary

Link Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team in McLean, VA. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle for IT, Cybersecurity, and corporate roles supporting federal government contracts and business operations.

You will proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, and other tools while partnering with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Familiarity with ATS systems (Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
• Foundational IT/Cybersecurity recruiting knowledge.
• Ability to assess candidates against technical requirements.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, job boards, networks, referrals.
• Identify and engage candidates for IT, Cybersecurity, and technical roles for Federal contracts.
• Conduct resume reviews and screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate records in SmartRecruiters and other systems.
• Coordinate offers, onboarding activities, and new-hire orientation with HR.
• Represent Link Solutions at career fairs and recruiting events.
