Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of recruiting experience in IT, cybersecurity, or other technical positions.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
• Foundational knowledge of IT and cybersecurity recruiting concepts and skills.
• Ability to review resumes and assess qualifications against job requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, job boards, and referrals.
• Identify and engage candidates for IT, Cybersecurity, and technical Federal Government contracts.
• Conduct resume reviews and screenings to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruiting systems.
• Coordinate with HR for offers and onboarding; assist with security clearances.
