Job summary

Rely Workforce Group is actively seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our recruiting team in Charlotte, NC. This role supports full-cycle recruitment for light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and construction positions, ensuring timely placement and strong candidate experiences.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales to meet client hiring priorities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for light industrial, warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, and/or construction positions
• Experience with high-volume and hourly workforce recruiting
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and major job boards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for open positions
• Manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines simultaneously
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate interviews
• Utilize job boards, ATS platforms, referrals, and other sourcing methods to identify candidates
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, offers, onboarding requirements, and start dates
• Support background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS
• Assist with job postings and recruiting campaigns
• Develop pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs
• Partner with recruiting, operations, marketing and sales teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
• Meet recruiting and placement goals while maintaining a positive candidate experience
