Responsibilities

• Client Development: build and manage relationships with hiring managers and business leaders in your sector.
• Candidate Engagement: identify and headhunt top mid-to-senior and executive professionals.
• End-to-End Process Management: own the full recruitment cycle from intro to post-placement support.
• Embrace Technology and Data: use tools and data to identify opportunities and track market trends.
