Responsibilities

• Client Development: build and manage relationships with hiring managers and leaders; negotiate and understand talent needs.
• Candidate Engagement: identify and headhunt top professionals; build a pipeline through outreach.
• End-to-End Process Management: own recruitment cycle from introductions to offer; drive to closure.
• Embrace Technology and Data: use tools to identify opportunities, track trends, and improve outreach.
