Phaidon International, a multi-award-winning talent partner, is seeking a high-energy recruiter in the Tampa area. You’ll leverage 2–5 years of 360 recruitment or banking-focused sales to win clients, build trust with hiring managers, and drive top-tier placements.

You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle, from brief to offer, while creating a high-quality candidate pipeline and using data and technology to reduce admin and increase impact.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a 360 recruitment or sales-driven role focused in banking.
• Proven track record of developing client relationships and delivering candidates.
• Strong communications and negotiation skills.
