Responsibilities

• Support the Human Resources Team by assisting with all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop candidate profiles.
• Ensure a seamless recruitment experience and consistent communication.
• Publish job openings on approved platforms and social media channels.
• Utilize Evans’ applicant tracking system to monitor requisitions and candidate progress.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for evaluation.
• Conduct reference checks and verify credentials.
• Perform initial phone interviews as required.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain and organize the candidate database with accurate records.
• Assist with Federal Contractor compliance during recruitment processes.
