ITCON Services is a fast-growing technology and professional services company supporting federal government programs. We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Tysons Corner, VA, with four onsite days per week and Fridays remote.

The role supports full lifecycle recruiting for federal contracts, proposals, and corporate roles. Ideal candidates have at least two years of recruiting experience, familiarity with proposal recruitment, surge hiring, and BD support.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with government contracting experience who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

*This position is located in our Tysons Corner, VA corporate office 4 days a week and Fridays remote.

Position Summary

The Junior Recruiter will support full life cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of federal government contracts, proposals, and corporate positions. This individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, capture managers, and business leaders to identify and attract top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of recruiting experience and is familiar with proposal recruiting, surge hiring, and supporting business development efforts.

Work Location

This position is based in our Tysons Corner, Virginia office. Employees are expected to work onsite four (4) days per week, with one remote workday each week, subject to business needs.
