Solvo Global Careers is seeking a Legal Recruiter to drive volume and entry-level legal hiring. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with Hiring Managers to forecast needs and deliver top candidates in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on building a scalable hiring strategy, leveraging job boards and ATS, and coordinating seamless interviews and offers to speed onboarding. USA experience is required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence decisions through effective communication and data-driven insights
• Highly organized, efficient, and adept at managing multiple priorities
• Experienced with platforms such as LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed
• Knowledgeable about relevant laws, regulations, and recruitment best practices in USA (USA EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT)
• Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
