Staffworks Group is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter for our Greer, SC Recruitment Hub. You will help connect job seekers with opportunities, learn sourcing techniques, and manage the recruiting process.

The role suits those with customer service, sales, staffing, or call center experience who want to grow a career in recruiting. This is a full-time, in-person position in Greer, SC.

Responsibilities

• Find and engage candidates through resume searches, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screens to learn candidates' experience, interests, availability, and qualifications.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain a pipeline for current and upcoming openings.
• Match candidates with opportunities based on their skills and client requirements.
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
• Support onboarding and follow up with candidates before their start dates.
• Keep candidate records, recruiting activity, and notes accurate in our ATS.
• Prioritize openings with Recruitment Team Lead to meet goals.
• Assist with job postings, hiring events, and other recruiting activities.

Compensation: $40,000 annual salary plus performance-based bonuses

Do you enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and working toward goals? Staffworks Group is looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our Recruitment Hub in Greer, South Carolina.

You’ll help connect job seekers with opportunities while learning how to source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the recruiting process. Experience in customer service, sales, staffing, or a call center is a plus—we also welcome candidates who are ready to learn and build a career in recruiting.

What You’ll Do

• Find and engage candidates through resume searches, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach

• Build relationships with candidates and maintain a pipeline for current and upcoming openings
• Match candidates with opportunities based on their skills and client requirements

• Keep candidate records, recruiting activity, and follow-up notes accurate in our applicant tracking system
• Work with the Recruitment Team Lead to prioritize openings and meet recruiting goals
• Assist with job postings, hiring events, and other recruiting activities

Preferred Experience

• Recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, call center, or human resources experience
• Experience using an applicant tracking system or sourcing candidates online
• Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or Workday VNDLY
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus, but is not required
