Kaukahi LLC is seeking a Real Property Specialist Junior at the Barksdale AFB location to support base civil engineer responsibilities for real property acquisition, management, reporting, facility use, and FIAR readiness.

The role involves handling inventories, data analysis, grants tracking, and coordination with Environmental and Legal offices. Requires three years in real property, a related bachelor's degree, and ability to obtain DBIDS access.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in real property with research of legal documents
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related fields preferred
• Must attend AFIT Real Property Management Course WMGT 424 within 12 months
• Knowledge of federal government real property procedures (AFI 32-9001… 32-9005)
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to obtain government ID/common access card
• Ability to pass background checks and/or drug testing
• U.S. Citizenship
• DBIDS access eligibility

Responsabilités

• Performs complex real property functions relating to acquisition, management, and disposal of government real property
• Maintains real property inventory, reporting, and data analysis
• Reconciles real property records with occupiers and operators
• Performs FIAR actions including Existence and Completeness within timelines
• Prepares KSDs, reports, and presentation materials
• Coordinates with Environmental flight and Legal office
• Supports audits, evaluations, staff visits and inspections
• Responds to customer inquiries accurately and timely
