Job summary

Kaukahi, LLC is seeking a Real Property Specialist Senior to support base civil engineer responsibilities related to real property acquisition, management, accounting, reporting, and FIAR readiness. You will handle complex real property functions for government sites and ensure accurate records.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventories, data analysis, annual reconciliations, and coordination with Environmental, Legal, and other offices. Travel up to 80% is possible as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in real property with research of legal documents and data analysis.
• Familiarity with AFI 32-9001/2/4/5 real property procedures and documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of real property functions relating to acquisition, management, and disposal of government real property.
• Maintains real property inventory, reporting, and data analysis.
• Performs annual reconciliations of real property records with occupants and organizations.
