BB&E is seeking a Real Property Specialist to support the 341st Civil Engineer Squadron on-site at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. The role focuses on managing real estate in-grant/out-grant actions and ensuring full compliance with Air Force and federal requirements.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience, a high-school diploma, and knowledge of DoD real estate practices. Strong documentation, coordination, and analytical skills are essential for this on-site position.

Qualifikationen

• Citizenship in the U.S. is required.
• DoD SECRET Clearance is required.
• Knowledge of DoD Real Estate, Real Property, and space use standards.

Aufgaben

• Manage and process real estate in-grant and out-grant actions in compliance with Air Force and federal requirements.
• Perform real estate functions for government-owned property with proper documentation and coordination.
• Execute disposal actions for excess land or facilities per laws and Air Force policy.
• Prepare analyses and reports including space utilization surveys to support installation planning.
• Assist in preparing capitalization documents and update real property records.
• Conduct inventories, inspections, and validations of real property assets for accuracy and audit readiness.
