Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Development Manager to support network development plans and analyze traditional gas stores for an assigned market in the United States. You will negotiate land leases and purchases, coordinate with construction and marketing teams to estimate interior design costs, and present submission packages to senior management for review and approval.

You will also organize real estate market tours, participate in due diligence, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel to an assigned market twice a month.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to network development plans and analysis of traditional gas stores for an assigned market.
• Learn to negotiate and structure land lease and purchase transactions.
• Coordinate with construction and marketing departments to obtain interior design and construction costs.
• Prepare and present complete submission packages for each site to senior management for review and approval.
• Undertake and organize real estate market tours.
• Participate in due diligence activities and admissibility process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as required.
