Job summary

Inland Family of Companies in downtown Milwaukee is seeking an Associate/Junior Staff Accountant to join a growing team. You will support a portfolio of properties, handling tenant AR, rent billing, and AP, while learning systems and processes that strengthen your accounting career.

The role offers exposure to construction draws, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting across entities, with training provided to develop new skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field.
• Around 1 year of accounting experience or relevant internship.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Support tenant accounts receivable including rent billing and utilities.
• Assist with accounts payable including invoice entry, coding, and vendor communication.
• Record payments and help maintain accurate financial records.
• Support monthly close activities and recurring reports.
• Maintain organized financial files and documentation.
