Job summary

Dow is seeking new graduate Bachelor and Masters candidates for a career in Research & Development across North America, including locations such as Texas, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and others. As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with developments in technology, contributing to Dow’s sustainability goals.

You will work in various R&D areas, including process research, technical service & development, pilot plant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or other related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Optimize processes and applications across Dow’s R&D functions.
• Assist in deployment of new products and technologies and troubleshoot customer problems.
