Dow Inc. is offering exciting early career opportunities for new graduate Bachelor and Master’s candidates in Research & Development locations across North America, including Texas.

As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, troubleshoot customer problems, and align with business goals while contributing to Dow’s sustainability initiatives. You will work in areas such as process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 on a 4.0 scale (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions aligning with business goals.
• Optimize processes and applications in R&D across multiple locations (TX, MI, PA, NA).
• Troubleshoot customer problems and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals.
