Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking new graduate Bachelor and Masters candidates for a Research & Development career across locations in North America, including Texas.

As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, troubleshoot customer problems, and support Dow’s sustainability goals within the Early Career Program. Opportunities span process research, technical service & development, pilot plant technology, and data science/engineering,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Graduation date no later than September 2027.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement technical solutions across R&D domains.
Optimize processes and applications to meet business and customer goals.
Assist in deployment of new products and technologies and troubleshoot customer problems.
Contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals and broader business initiatives.
