Dow Inc. invites new graduate candidates (Bachelor/Master) to join an early career program in Research & Development across North America, including locations in Texas, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

As a BS/MS researcher, you will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with developments in relevant areas of technology. You will have opportunities to deploy new products, troubleshoot customer problems, and contribute to Dow’s broader sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Graduation date no later than September 2027.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Preferred GPA 3.00 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions that meet business and customer goals.
• Optimize processes and applications across Dow’s R&D domains.
• Assist in deployment of new products and technologies and troubleshoot customer problems.
