Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking new graduate researchers for the Research & Development track across North America, including Texas. You will develop and implement technical solutions, optimize processes, and stay current with developments in chemistry, chemical engineering, and data science.

You will deploy new products, troubleshoot customer problems, and contribute to Dow’s sustainability goals while collaborating across teams and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement technical solutions that align with business goals.
• Optimize processes and applications across Dow’s R&D scope.
