Job summary

Donnelly- is seeking a Functional Tester in New York to drive testing across the ServiceNow SPBM rollout. You will develop test plans and execute functional, regression, and UAT tests, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, hands-on Azure DevOps experience, and the ability to work in an Agile environment to support production validation and post-implementation testing.

Qualifications

• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
• Identify, document, track, prioritize, and retest defects with cross-functional teams.
• Validate system enhancements, configurations, integrations, and releases against requirements.
• Collaborate across Product Owners, Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders through SDLC.
• Participate in requirements reviews, design sessions, sprint ceremonies, and release planning.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, results, defects, and delivered functionality.
• Support test environment readiness, data prep, deployment validation, and release verification.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test prep and defect triage.
• Contribute to QA process improvements, testing standards, and documentation.
• Validate end-to-end business processes, integrations, and data integrity.
• Perform production validation and post-implementation testing after releases.

Responsibilities
