Job summary

PerfectServe is seeking an early-career test automation professional to help build and maintain automated tests. You’ll work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, pivoting between manual and automated testing as priorities shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing, automation, or related technical areas or a bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Learn, develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts under the guidance of more senior automation team members.
• Participate in the creation and execution of test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Demonstrate flexibility in shifting between manual validation and automation work depending on delivery timelines, feature complexity, and team needs.
• Continuously build technical testing knowledge, including exposure to automation frameworks, scripting, CI/CD, and quality engineering best practices.
• Communicate effectively in a remote environment, including maintaining an active on‑camera presence during meetings when expected.
