Perfict Global is seeking a QA Engineer to join our remote-first team. This entry-level role focuses on automating tests, validating software quality, and contributing to release readiness across multiple client projects.

You should have basic QA knowledge in Java or Python, good communication skills, and willingness to relocate nationwide if required. Bachelor's or Master’s in CS or related STEM field is preferred. Ideal candidates stay curious and collaborative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related IT/STEM field.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant QA experience or exposure.
• Basic knowledge of QA processes with Java and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, deploy and maintain testing automation solutions.
• Create test plans, test cases and coordinate release management activities.
• Triaging production defects using Splunk, Embrace, and Charles proxy.
• Recommend improvements to QA processes and evaluate new tools.
• Create detailed, comprehensive test cases following best practices.
• Recreate production issues to verify fixes and support troubleshooting.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities.
