Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Jr. Property Accounting Analyst in Lake Success, NY to support Finance, AR and AP functions.

You will own key financial platforms, ensuring workflows are current, issues resolved promptly, and reporting needs are met. You will collaborate with property managers and assist with platform implementations. The role focuses on hands-on operations, platform support, and basic analysis under senior guidance, with opportunities to contribute to month-end activities and ad hoc

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (or related field) preferred.
• Experience in junior financial roles (analyst, accounting, property accounting) is desired.
• Hands-on experience with AvidXchange, ClickPay; Domicile strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting/data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and be the primary contact for AvidXchange, Domicile, and ClickPay; ensure workflows run accurately and on time.
• Provide AR/AP support across payment, billing, approvals and reconciliation.
• Assist with platform implementations and onboarding for property management.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc financial reports from the platforms; assist with month-end close.
• Coordinate with property managers, finance, vendors, and platform providers to ensure successful implementations.
