Job summary

AKAM is seeking a Jr. Property Accounting Analyst in New York to support Finance, AR, and AP functions.

You will own key platforms including AvidXchange, Domicile, and ClickPay, ensuring workflows stay current and issues are resolved promptly. You will collaborate with property managers, assist with basic analysis, and support the broader Financial Analyst team with overflow assignments under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred in finance or accounting.
• Hands-on experience with AR/AP processes.
• Experience with AvidXchange, ClickPay, Domicile is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day owner for AvidXchange, Domicile, and ClickPay.
• Support AR and AP workflows, including reconciliation and payments.
• Assist with reporting, balance reconciliation, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with property managers and platform vendors during implementations.
• Provide onboarding and training support for platform users.
