Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Management, or related field).
• 0-3 years of general work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.
• Ability to multitask and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to meet project goals.
• Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality, and identify risks.
• Support preparation of technical reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Communicate with clients, team members, and vendors to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during execution.
• Manage up to 30-35 projects with a portfolio of $6–$8 million.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned projects.
