• Assist the Senior Project Manager with daily operations and project coordination.
• Coordinate projects from order initiation to production and completion, meeting deadlines.
• Serve as liaison between customers, sales, design, production, and installation teams.
• Enter and process customer orders in the MIS system.
• Review proofs for accuracy, distribute to customers, and document changes.
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, professional updates.
• Maintain production schedules and communicate delays or status updates.
• Review job details before billing to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and help resolve project issues and improve processes.
