Responsibilities

• Assists in maintaining a safe and secure work environment by coordinating safety meetings, incident investigations, and employee involvement.
• Assist project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle.
• Work with the Project Manager to ensure proper planning and management of the installation of HVAC and plumbing per code and budget.
• Participate in meetings to successfully execute project and departmental goals.
• Assist in preparing vendor and subcontractor purchase orders, submittals, and shop drawings reflecting contract drawings, specs and estimates.
• Participate in monthly reports and cost reviews, noting deviations from plan or schedule.
• Collaborate with project team to bring the project in on time and under budget.
• Support estimating changes, project documentation, and project close-out including commissioning requirements.
• Engage with the project team across all project life cycle facets to develop professional growth in the mechanical industry.
