Job summary

Automated Logic in Indiana has an opportunity for an Associate Project Manager. This entry-level role supports Project Managers, Field Supervisors and the operations team to ensure BAS projects are delivered on time, under budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

You will gain hands-on experience in project planning, budgeting and coordination while helping to manage subcontractors and project scope.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in HVAC, Construction or Building Automation and Controls.
• 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project Engineers.
• Assist with completing projects per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Help with the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections and re-estimating costs of installation projects.
• Assist with managing the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scope.
• Coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issues.
• Help manage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issues.
