Job summary

You’ll coordinate Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, and Construction to ensure projects are fully developed and execution‑ready before construction begins.

Lead scope, budget, schedule, procurement strategy, and permitting, while defining land activities, risks, assumptions, and mitigation plans to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex transmission/substation projects in a regulated environment.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams across engineering, estimating, procurement, and construction.
• Strong focus on scope, budget, schedule, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project plans, focusing on execution strategy, cost management, and schedule development.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure design, permitting, and land activities are aligned.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget to support readiness before construction.
• Prepare procurement packages and RFPs to source engineering, surveying, geotechnical, LiDAR, and construction services.
• Support cost estimates and financial modeling with clear assumptions and data.
