Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish. Ideal for candidates with 1–5 years of experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to grow in their PM career.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to track progress, manage documentation, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant project coordination or management experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, or Oracle is a plus
• Familiarity with Asset Suite and SAP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of project plans, including schedules, milestones, and resource planning
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities to keep tasks on track and on time
• Track project performance, identify risks, and help implement solutions
• Communicate updates clearly with team members, stakeholders, and leadership
• Assist in developing reports, presentations, and key project documentation
• Help maintain organized project files, including schedules, budgets, and plans
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and capturing notes
• Contribute to improving project management processes, tools, and best practices
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and external partners
