You will assist with project schedules, budgets, forecasts, procurement, submittals, change orders, meetings, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or related discipline.
• Internship, academic or professional experience in construction projects is acceptable.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project schedules, budgets, forecasts and procurement activities.
• Handle submittals, change orders, meeting coordination and project documentation.
• Track progress, prepare status reports and maintain project records.
• Follow up on action items to keep work moving forward and review plans/specifications.
• Coordinate information between stakeholders and help monitor health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Occasional site visits to observe progress, communicate with field teams and support inspections or meetings.
