A leading Owner's Representation and Project Management firm in Miami is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support project execution from pre-construction through close-out. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in construction or project management, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software. This full-time, on-site role offers a fast-paced environment where you will assist in managing schedules, budgets, and inspections across multiple projects.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in construction or project management (Owner’s Rep, GC, or Construction Management firm preferred).
Experience with expediting, inspections, and permitting coordination.
Positive, resourceful attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in coordinating design, construction, and inspection activities.
Proficiency in managing documentation, submittals, and RFIs.
Track project milestones, meeting minutes, and action items.
Assist in expediting permitting and inspection processes.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, and vendors to resolve field issues.
Maintain clear, timely communication and project documentation for all stakeholders.
