Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support complex infrastructure and facility-related projects, with a focus on Building Management System (BMS) initiatives across multiple sites. Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination or project management experience supporting facility, infrastructure, or information technology projects.
• Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines for facility and BMS-related projects.
• Coordinate project activities with vendors, facility teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and schedule impacts, escalating issues as needed.
• Support site readiness activities, including validation of system access and technical requirements.
• Review and coordinate Method of Procedures (MOPs) and project documentation for approval.
• Coordinate vendor access and onsite work activities.
• Track invoices, project costs, and change orders.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Serve as the primary communication liaison between internal teams and external partners.
• Support troubleshooting efforts and help drive issue resolution throughout project execution.
