Magee Technologies (MTech) is seeking a Junior Project Manager to drive defense and aerospace projects, ensuring cost, scope, and schedule benchmarks are met. You will support planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams and maintaining stakeholder communication under AS9100 quality standards.

In this role you will manage budgets, track progress, identify risks, and implement process improvements while aligning with customer requirements and organizational quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of project management experience.
• Experience with aerospace/defense or engineering environments is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives aligned with goals.
• Plan, track cost, schedule, and performance across the lifecycle.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource use.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
