Job summary

Performance Contracting Group seeks an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Dallas 114 operations in Midlothian, TX. This hands-on role offers exposure to project management, estimating, and leadership development within an employee-owned company.

You will participate in safety meetings, manage punch lists, prepare RFIs, and support scheduling, QA/QC, and invoicing processes while growing professionally in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM or comparable work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and learn new skills

Responsibilities

• Lead safety meetings and coordinate with field teams
• Create and manage punch lists and QA/QC tasks
• Prepare RFIs and submittals for projects
• Assist with takeoffs and material coordination
• Support project scheduling and warranties coordination
• Assist with invoicing and PO alignment
