Responsibilities

• Conducting safety meetings.
• Creating and managing punch lists.
• Supporting PCI QA/QC program measures.
• Preparing RFIs and submittals.
• Labor control on projects including setup and maintenance.
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering.
• Supporting job schedule implementation.
• Coordinating warranties and O&M’s.
• Material coordination with PO’s and invoicing.
