Job summary

Performance Contracting is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Dallas 114 operations based in West Texas. The role serves as a launching pad for future leaders, offering hands-on experience in project management and estimating to kickstart a career in an innovative, employee-owned organization.

Responsibilities include safety meetings, punch list management, QA/QC support, RFIs/submittals, labor control, takeoffs, and scheduling coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in construction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and learn technical job functions
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong work ethic and initiative

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety meetings
• Create and manage punch lists
• Support QA/QC measures per PCI program
• Prepare RFIs and submittals
• Do labor control on projects including setup & maintenance
• Perform quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
• Support implementation of the job schedule
• Coordinate warranties and O&M
• Coordinate material with PO and invoicing
