Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
• Experience supporting project administration, including RFIs, submittals, procurement, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and startup activities, including coordination of permits and documentation.
• Maintain project records such as RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and inspection documentation.
• Coordinate communication across project managers, field leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
