Blue Signal Search is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help build a strong foundation in construction leadership, with exposure to field execution and project controls. You will work closely with experienced project managers, superintendents, design professionals, trade partners, and clients to support active projects from startup through turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction-related field.
• Foundational knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Support field leadership by coordinating trade partners and tracking site activity.
• Maintain organized project records including submittals, RFIs, drawings, meeting notes, and field markups.
• Assist with project planning and coordination to meet deadlines.
• Support financial tracking and reporting to maintain project performance.
• Assist with bid materials, vendor/subcontractor management, and change events.
• Contribute to estimating by developing cost information and reporting.
• Identify potential scope changes and document schedule and budget impact.
• Communicate with stakeholders, assist with reporting and payment documentation.
